50/50 Raffle in support of Student Bursaries & BC Children’s Hospital Foundation

  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

    Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

  2. 2. 50/50

    BC Gaming Event Licence #128370

    3 for $10.00; 3000 tickets
    10 for $25.00; 4000 tickets
    30 for $50.00; 3000 tickets

    The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

    Maximum 50/50 payout will be $12,500.00.

  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: September 30, 2021 at 12:00:00 a.m. PDT

    Draw
    50/50 draw: September 30, 2021 at 9:00:00 a.m. PDT

    Draw will be held at 231 April Road, Port Moody BC, V3H 3X3

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://pfdg.rafflenexus.com/winners on September 30, 2021.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Phoenix Food and Drug Group Society.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Phoenix Food and Drug Group Society or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  5. 5. Privacy

    Phoenix Food and Drug Group Society does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

Cause

The Phoenix Food & Drug Group (PFDG) is a British Columbia Food & Drug Association.

PFDG was created in the 1990’s when a group of food industry executives created an opportunity for retiring executives from the industry to continue to connect and enjoy the social aspect of what they had enjoyed for many years in their business lives.

Today PFDG is all about fellowship and the club was created on that premise and the directors are committed to that ideal.

PFDG is managed by an executive team that includes 19 directors and officers who organize up to seven events every year. As of 2019, Phoenix Food & Drug Group has donated over $446,000 to various causes!

Unfortunately, due to COVID, we are unable to host our annual fundraiser which raises money to provide Bursaries for post-secondary students to assist with the cost of their education.

All proceeds raised from the 50/50 draw will go towards our commitment to continue to provide Bursaries for students.
